Here are some more stuff we will add to the party. Some cocktail tables with LED lighting in the color scheme of the party. As you can see, there is gonna be a lot of Lightning going on.
This year we will have a DJ (Booked) to entertain everyone with music and games. Along with a surprise other entertainer. (this one I can not share, but it will be FUN!) I will post pictures after the party for all to see.
My Husband is going to be cutting out some clowns for me, we will try to have a lot of them. Some will hang from the high wire (that we will be adding) some just randomly standing here and there.
We are going to build a tent peak to go over our trampoline as a focal point and maybe if there's time add some lighting inside. This will be fun for the kids (after-all there are trampolines at the circus and under a tent).
Some other projects that that we will have are making couple carnival games. Such as hit the ping pong ball off with a water gun, and will have to see what other ones would be fun for all.
Food - We will have Carnival food and other. So, there has to be a pop corn machine, hot dogs, pizza, ect.
Invitations- I have the layout figured out, now just to get started on them, is another thing. :) I know I have 8 months, but it will fly by to quick.
I still have yet to figure out what I would like the cake to look like. I have so many ideas, but I have to settle for one. hmmmmmm. Will keep this as a surprise for last :)

Jason's 4th Birthday Planning!
So I have already Started the planning for my son's Jason's 4th Birthday!! It's gonna be Circus /Carnival theme with red, blue, purple and yellowish gold colors.
So far I have ordered these Ostrich feathers for my Center pieces in the red, blue, purple, and yellowish gold colors. Here is a picture of what it will look like but in those four colors together. I am posting the color white for now cause I don't want to reveal to much of my final design for now.
I will be using these overlays in the same color scheme. I thought they would be fun and circus like. You can rent these at www.bigdayrentals.com

Now to add a little bit more fun, we got to have balloons, and not just any kind of balloons, they got to light up! Since our parties start late, it gets dark real quick and we want to make sure you can have those colors light up at night as well (kinda like at a circus and a carnival).
Here is what I plan on getting from http://www.windycitynovelties.com
So this is as much as I will write for now. I have much more coming soon :)

The Farm Party
So the Party has come and gone. Here is a brief summary of what I decided to do for this theme. Being a Farm theme, I created the cow, pigs, & chicks made from wood (with my Husbands help). We rented some hay from a nearby store, which was free to rent (that was nice of them to offer that). I made the checkered curtains and matching overlays to tie in all the colors an patterns together. I added black table and chair covers with red sashes. I made a area where the kids could pick the apples & corn we got from Apple Annie's farm, it included the fresh fruit and vegetable along with some fake vegetable props and along side were brown bags for the kids to bag them in.
Centerpieces - I had set hay stacks on the tables with bucket of fake carrots & limes in them, with a few chicks laying around. I tied the plastic silverware in napkins and taped little cowboy hats to them.
Behind the cake table, I used tissue paper and construction paper to make a tree. I had some leftover green streamer from last years Nemo party and decided to make a small cornfield background. So I used that as the leaves and then I used my cricket machine to make the corn. I also added some hay stacks around the cake table, along with come chicks. I placed push cake pops on the hay bales.

Games with Maria (http://joyful-faces.webs.com/) and some silly magic at the end.
Animal show ( Jungle Jill Animal show)
Farm Adventure
One week before the party, my family and I went up to Apple Anne's in Wilcox, AZ to collect some apples, corn, cucumbers, ect. I wanted to bring back to our farm party some fresh goodies for the kids to take home. It wouldn't be a farm party without the fresh fruit and vegetables ;)
It was a great adventure, to take my kids to experience some real farming! Here are some photos.
Loving the corn we got fresh from the farm! ;)

Farm planning continues
My son's 3rd Birthday party is in about 3 weeks. I had my husband cut out all the farm animals out of wood for me couple weeks ago and I have finally finished painting them a week ago. I got some cow print balloons, cake decor made, got some decor hays, some baskets, plates, cups, utensils, ect. I gotta say we are almost ready!
But a farm party wouldn't be a farm with out some fresh goodies, sooooo............
Now, I'm trying to find a real farm so I can take my kids 1 week before the party to experience the whole farm experience. Apple, peach, blueberry picking, but been running into farms being closed or not in season. We might end up picking corn or pumpkins, I'd say that would work too ;) Either way, I'm hoping for the kids to have some fun and bring home some goodies in time for the party. It would make a great addition to add to my party decor, and it would be more meaningful since it would be picked fresh from the farm.
Next time I write another blog page will probably after the party with pictures of how it all turned out. Happy reading :)

Communion Setup & Cake
The Communion setup was at Westbrook Village. I used the white Pinch wheel table linens, white polyester chair covers and satin sashes. Color theme was Pink, Apple green, white, & silver.
Pavilion was used over the cake table, beside the pavilion we added two 8ft tables on each side (this was the whole sweet table setup). On the two 8ft tables I created some height and lighting, so it would give a little more charater and elegance.
I added a light-up chandelier inside the pavilion made of crystals.
The cakes that I made were 2" mini cakes, cake pops, and the big main cake.
The head table was made of 3 8ft tables long. The flowers were rose balls with hint of apple green flowers and crystals. Vases were wrapped in rhinestone ribbon and tide in the middle with a apple green ribbon, and placed on mirrors.
